I made Easter cookies too, not just blasphemous ones. The recipe is the same, just with more varied colours. I made six and a half dozen, so I wasn't about to sit there piping elaborate designs. I just plonked down in front of Masterchef and Ramsay's Kitchen Nightmares with trays of cookies, coloured icings and a couple of paintbrushes. For the flowers, I used Cadbury's Chocolate Buttons. I carefully put them in the centres of the flowers the second they came out of the oven and popped them back in for 30 seconds or so.
